This Chapter presents the final Judgment of the London Nuclear Warfare Tribunal. The Judgment is presented in three sections:

1. Preamble - Section 7.1
2. Judgment of the Tribunal - Section 7.2
3. Recommendations of the Tribunal - Section 7.3

This final Judgment follows the Interim Declaration made by the members of the Tribunal on the conclusion of the hearings on 6th January, 1985 - see Appendix D.
